Uncovering The Large Waterfall

A letter from Jody to the Architect: "My family and I, & my partner Pete, have bought some land to live on, & to develop an AT centre near Arganil, central Portugal. On the land is a permanent stream and series of waterfalls, one of which is terraced in such a way as to offer the potential for a 3m plunge pool of some 100's sq. feet with the addition of an appropriate dam. (We also need the increased head for micro hydro generation). We want to keep the existing stonework, reinforced. Can you comment on the possibility of using existing terrace stonework this way, without seeing it?"
