Met an interesting couple today who own a natural pool. This is a seriously beautiful alternative to a concrete square box with chlorine in.
When i heard of this concept my mind needed convincing, as is the same for most people.... but I was truely converted in the pool had a base of clay and was lined with smooth round rocks. It contained a simple, but highly effective ecosystem, which used a series of reed beds, lots of fishes and frogs.
